In July 2019, my wife Kim and I moved to Charlbury.  We are loving our new lives here and are proud to call this town our home. Thank you for taking the time to read this website.

My hope is to be elected to serve this community as a town councillor.  I spent 20 years serving as an RAF Tornado GR1 Navigator, ultimately as a Squadron Leader and deputy Officer Commanding of XV Squadron. I am therefore confident that I can be a steady hand and work hard to deliver what Charlbury wants.

Following my RAF service, I worked for a large multinational company for several years as Head of Military Training and Simulation with direct responsibility for over 250 staff. Since then,  we have owned and developed several businesses.  We sold our national property letting franchise in 2015 and now spend our time managing our property portfolio.

Kim and I have been married for 35 years and have one son, Tom, who is 32 and a composer for Film and TV who lives in London. Kim is a primary school teacher and has also run her own business. The latest addition to our family is our new dog, Pepper, who we rescued from Evesham Dogs Trust.

The people of Charlbury have been so welcoming. This last year has been difficult for everyone.  Kim and I haven’t met as many of you as we would ideally have liked.

Now I would like to pay back that incredible Charlbury welcome by serving as one of your town councillors.  My aim in that role would be to ask your opinions and deliver what you want.

Thank you again for reading this and please remember to vote on 6th May.

Delivering What Charlbury Wants
